Personified symbols denoting a good life, the three stars, Fu (Prosperity), Status (Lu), and Longevity (Shou), are believed to date back to the Ming Dynasty.

Statues of Fu, Lu and Shou are commonly found in Chinese homes and Chinese-owned shops.

We released our interpretation earlier this year during Chinese New Year to our clients from GOODSTUPH as well as fellow local homies.
